| PressXchange.com launched in October 2000 and was acquired in February 2007 from its founder, John Roadnight by Haymarket Media - publisher of PrintWeek, Printing World, Packaging News and PrintBuyer. PressXchange.com has one of the largest worldwide online communities for the print sector and is the market leader for the promotion of used print equipment. It complements Haymarket's current titles and will significantly add to the new www.printweek.com site that will relaunch in April 2007. The core of the site is our huge database of used machinery for sale. The trade in this sector is put at more than $8 billion a year. It is truly international, but its growth was limited by the inability of a buyer in one country or continent to source a seller in another. The Internet has changed that, and pressXchange.com is an instrument of that change. By July 2002 we had clearly become the world's premier graphic arts machinery web site, and the most effective international medium in this international business. At the end of 2006 we received around 80,000 visits a month from print industry professionals and 180 of the world's leading machinery dealers were advertising with us. We are immensely proud of our partnerships with many of the world's other leading graphic arts publishers who incorporate the pressXchange database into their web sites. Philosophy pressXchange.com pledges to carry the most comprehensive listing of graphic arts machinery, offered both direct from printers and from many of the world's best dealers. We make no charge to visitors to our site for full information on the machines available and we give direct access to their owners; we take no commission from any seller. We are an enabler, not a barrier, between buyer and seller. We keep the site up-to-date, responsive to our users needs and suggestions and constantly evolving, with new services added on a regular basis. By a continuing large-scale marketing campaign we attract thousands of new visitors every month, and we keep them coming back through the quality of the site and our on-going member-care programme. The result of all this is that machines sell fast through pressXchange.com.
