At the back of the machine is a reel stand to unwind the paper. 2. At the front of the machine is the rewind, this rewinds the paper onto the core as it is printed. The control for tension on the unwind is set here. 3. Between the Unwind and Rewind is a two colour printing unit, the printing rollers, anilox rollers and ink chambers were replaced with new Printco units. The machine takes rolls of paper up to 1275mm wide a 1000mm diameter on 76mm cores unwinds prints and rewinds back into full size rolls again at speeds up to 450 mts per minute on 48 150 gsm substrates.
