Feeding section:
automatic servo-driven feeding head
feeding head mechanical elements and the system of feeding rollers and swing stops for accurate single-sheet feeding
system of guiding plates strengthens thin paper before lamination
sensor indicating a misfed sheet to protect the pressure roll from film sticking

Laminating section:
The film reel is fixed to an unwinding shaft equipped with a mechanical brake; an adjustable distribution roll helps correct unwinding.
The laminating roll is fast dry-heated (no heating liquid).
An advanced PID regulation separately controls temperature in the laminating roll’s three zones.
The specified sheet overlap is adjustable electronically even while the machine is running.
Most of operation parameters are entered via a touch screen.
Pneumatic pressure is adjustable on both roll ends.

Snapping and stacking section:
An adjustable straightening bar for straightening sheets after lamination to ease their subsequent stacking.
A snapping roll along with cutting knives and a skewing wheel ensure sheet separation.
Sheets are stacked on a tilting unloading table, a jogging table or an automatic stacker.
