The heavy duty design prevents from any vibration, even at full production capacity.The adhesive is supplied through a trailing system (pneumatic operated) to assure a better uniformity. A capacity sensor detects the adhesive level to restore on automatic mode the proper level.A stainless steel tray (AISI 304) under premetering rollers is used to collect the unused amount of adhesive at the job end and to collect the solvent used for cleaning purpose only.2.1.Transfer roller coated with special rubber suitable to resist up to 80C (could be necessary for certain adhesive) and to solvent for cleaning.
