The Polar PACE (Autotrim 176 XT AT)The Polar PACE (Autotrim 176 XT AT) enables the fully automatic execution of the first 5 cuts (all-round with separating cut) and waste disposal in one computer-controlled operation. This cutting system at the highest level is particularly recommended for large paper formats that are difficult to move.
The equipment includes in detail: Polar Autotrim 176 XT AT, collect gripper Autotrans M size 7S, Autoturn turning gripper, lowerable ruler on the left and right side, swivel backgauge, Compucut and P-Net with touchscreen for controlling of the cutting programs, ErgoFrontTables, various air tables and safety grids, etc. The cutting line is in an almost mint condition. Available: immediately, Location: Germany. In order to expand the device to a fully automatic cutting line, the following optional accessories can also be supplied:

Transomat loader 3 BL 160-7S incl. Chipmarker, Counter-ruler, year 2010 – for automatic layer removal from the pallet and transfer to the pressing station

Pressing station PST-7S, year 2010 – for pressing out the air from the paper layers which do not have to be jogged. The material is then picked up by the Autotrans collect gripper (included in the Polar Autotrim 176) and fed to the cutting machine.

Transomat Unloader EL 160-6, year 2010 – for automatic stacking after the cutting process
